KHOI Gets A (Temporary) Home

It’s not on the official website, but KHOI has a temporary space at First Baptist Church in Ames. Don’t worry…they’re about as liberal as a bunch of Christians can get, and they’re totally cool with subversive community radio stations. We’ll be there for a while to set up our streaming and also using the time to raise funds, reach out to the community, and find a permanent home that’s amenable to having a 70-90 foot tall tower out back for a microwave link to the transmitter. Things like that just don’t work in Campustown very well.
