There is a Peace Vigil tonight at 5:30 PM at the corner of Welch and Lincoln Way in Ames. This vigil takes place every Wednesday at this time. There is also a vigil at the site of the proposed Ames Veterans’ Memorial, which I believe occurs from 4:30 to 5:15, but I’ll check on that.
Also, there is a meeting of the Central Iowa Impeach Bush Meetup at the Santa Fe coffeehouse across from the vigil site starting at 6 PM.
