So, I bought an Icom IC-745 a few weeks ago, and I’ve been playing with it. It uses a lot more power than my Kenwood TS-130S, which I sold (as well as the PS-30 power supply) to pay for the new rig. I had to buy a bigger battery (35 AH rather than 18 AH) and I think a new charger will be in my future once I have the money for it.
