I discovered a handy new tool today, ltunify. Instead of trying to use USB passthrough to Windows 10 in Virtualbox, this command line tool will let you configure your Logitech wireless devices in Linux. Use was pretty straightforward. I used the system-wide install, and then just use the command via sudo instead of monkeying with the permissions in /dev.
