Keeping Linux from changing your default audio randomly

Posted on March 25, 2022 by ajeffri

If you are like me, you have multiple audio sinks and sources for your laptop. Linux seems to prefer USB audio, which is bad when that USB audio device is your HF radio. The result is general weirdness when sending audio to the radio (it can get stuck in a feedback loop, transmit system sounds, and so on). This site will show you how to stop that insanity for good.

Also, I just learned how to do initial drop caps in WordPress. Pretty cool.
